What is included in the ISO 9001 standard?

The first step in implementing ISO 9001 is to identify the processes taking place in the company and define the dependencies and interactions between them. Then, you should focus on conducting a thorough analysis of each identified process by verifying whether it complies with the company's requirements and the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Based on the results of the analysis, the company should introduce the necessary supplementary and corrective actions to the processes. In addition, each process that occurs in the organization should be properly defined by specifying relevant data, resources and indicators. The organization's procedures, which the organization itself deems necessary for proper functioning, constitute an essential supplement to the defined processes.
